Refund / Exchange:

We are happy to offer an exchange on our items, but please be aware if the error has occurred on the buyer's behalf, we would kindly ask you return the item & also cover the cost of the new item to be posted.

We will fully refund your money back on purchases you are not entirely happy with. Exchanges are offered for items that are defective when received, although this is highly unlikely. Please contact us before taking any action. Defective items or problems with your order must be reported within 3 days after receiving. After 7 days, exchanges will not be given. Please note that buyer is responsible for Return Shipping Cost.
